For progressive transition lenses, confirm corridor design notes and which refractive index the factory will accept. State whether the blank is polycarbonate, CR-39 or high index, and whether anti-reflective coating sits inside the pair price. A single-vision photochromic row is not interchangeable with a progressive insert until that design is written on the quotation. Base curve and blank diameter still belong on the same line when the frame opening is already fixed.
